Terms of sale and use
Last updated 19 September 2026. These terms cover Hands Free Keys, supplied by Ricky Went, trading as Wombat Logic (ABN 17 141 560 070), Queensland, Australia.
What you are buying
A perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use Hands Free Keys on your own computers. A single licence covers one person; the four-seat pack covers four. You are not buying the software itself, and you may not resell, sublicense or redistribute it.
Updates
A Pro licence includes 12 months of updates from purchase. After that the application keeps working exactly as it is, forever. Continuing to receive new versions costs US$39 per year and is entirely optional.
The trial
The 30-day trial is the full Pro version. No payment details are required. When it ends the app reverts to the free tier rather than stopping.
What we do not promise
Speech recognition is imperfect and always will be. Accuracy varies with your microphone, your accent, background noise and subject matter. We do not warrant any particular accuracy, and you should check anything that matters before relying on it — particularly in legal, financial or safety contexts.
Liability
Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where liability can be limited, it is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.
Payment
Payments are handled by Paddle.com as merchant of record. Paddle appears on your statement and issues your invoice.
