30 days, no argument

If Hands Free Keys is not right for you, email hello@handsfreekeys.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not have to explain why, and you do not have to prove anything.

Try before you buy

The 30-day trial is the complete Pro version and needs no payment details. Please use it — it is a better test than a refund.

How it is processed

Refunds go through Paddle.com, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method. Paddle usually completes this within a few business days.

Australian Consumer Law

This policy sits on top of your statutory rights. If the software is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law regardless of the 30-day window.
